First time using this company but they were great. Communication was excellent and the tech arrived on time. Daniel was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Price was very reasonable, especially when compared to bigger companies that do tv ads. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic company! Great communication and follow up from the office staff and the technician, Mac, were professional and efficient. Plus, they were able to service our home in the time frame they noted. We had a great experience. Hopefully, we won't need plumbing services again anytime soon but if so, we have Santhoff on speed dial. Thank you!

Repaired broken exterior pipe - Ahdor showed up up on time, and after assessing the situation got to work immediately, and located the leak with minimal digging around the yard to locate the actual spot. The pipe had separated at the two elbow joints near where it connected to the water meter, due to old age. He replaced the pipe with upgraded materials (I don't remember the name) and replaced the soil and grass perfectly. I'm very pleased with his work and the speed at which he finished the job. I will call on Santhoff again for my future plumbing needs, though I do hope that will be a long time coming 😜
