Hands down the best florist in the city as far as I'm concerned. I initially went to this place due to matter of convivence/proximity of my house for landscaping needs. Been dealing with them for years. Amazing customer service! Then i discovered their custom bouquets. These people just get it. I am no means great describing floral mixes so the fact they can interpret what i want and NAIL IT, Every. Single. Time. It just speaks to their creative abilities and attentiveness to the customer. I had a problem with my delivery and the manager/owner took full responsibility and offered to immediately and generously rectify the situation. That demonstrates all the good things we want businesses to be -- accountable, professional and quality-focused. The planter is beautiful, thank you.
Brought my daughter to buy a Christmas tree, They have a beautiful selection. They were so nice and gave her a coloring book with crayons! Highly recommend coming here to find a beautiful tree.
My son purchased this gorgeous arrangement for my birthday. I have never had flowers especially roses that have lasted this long from any other Florist in the Hamilton area. I have received a lot of flowers over the years and this has been the longest lasting flowers, this photo is at 2.5 weeks and they are still going! I have done nothing to them except add some fresh water. Thank you so much
The staff here are some of the friendliest. Always happy to see me (which is frequently), always have great answers for my questions and they are always willing to help you find the cat Shadow so you can give him a pet. They are very willing to help you find products you need if they don’t carry it, they’re awesome at remembering what kinds of plants I like and I genuinely really enjoy shopping at this place. One of Hamilton’s best plant stores!
