I have been taking Pilates classes at Scarlett Pilates for over a year now. I couldn't be happier with the classes. I have several long lasting injuries that Kate is able to work with, expertly modifying exercises to suit my needs. Further, she builds routines to go to the core of some of my issues (sore hips, bad back, bad shoulder :)) that provide relief while also building strength. She is very caring and attentive to each of her clients and I wish I could give Scarlett Pilates 20 stars. She is fantastic!
I’ve been working with Scarlett Pilates since 2020. Her private reformer sessions are fantastic - highly personalized and my favorite method of cross training. I feel stronger and more capable than I did in my 20s! I rely on her virtual mat classes when I travel or can’t make it to the studio. Not everyone can successfully guide people through a workout remotely, but she can. Highest recommendation for Scarlett Pilates!

I love Scarlett Pilates! My body has gotten much stronger since I started taking the virtual classes a couple of years ago. Katie is great at giving clear instructions and helping adapt to each individual’s unique needs. She had helped me to become aware of and engage core muscles, which has helped alleviate chronic pain patterns. Her experience in fields like aerial dance and her vast, intimate knowledge of the musculoskeletal system make Katie a Pilates instructor in a class of her own.
Immaculate studio and equipment, very peaceful and welcoming. The teaching is excellent, certified, professional, patient, encouraging and very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and working with one's weak areas. I have been greatly helped here at Scarlett Pilates with my core strengthening, and problem pain areas. Out of all the classes and therapies i have undergone, this is the one with the best results for me. I definitely recommend Scarlett Pilates to everyone.
