This place has an extensive tea selection with plenty of different flavor profiles to choose from. Shay was wonderful and let us sample some of teas on draft. Stellar customer service and a relaxing atmosphere.
The coconut matcha latte I had was only average because they used coconut water instead of coconut milk. The ambience and vibe of the place was excellent and the staff was extraordinary. One of the guys remade the drink for me immediately when I brought it to their attention. Amazing. I think the problem is they use Silk products and their stuff, in my opinion, is inferior to other brands like Edensoy or Whole Foods' own brand
Updated Review: Seems like they're having internet/phone issues, but the staff and tea were all very nice. I'd definitely recommend the tea, and I think their refill options are really cool. (Wallet was found at another place, but I'm glad to receive a reply in case I still needed to get in contact, as my car recently broke down) Original: They don't answer the phone at all. Lost my wallet there and they couldn't even answer the phone so I could figure out if it was in a lost in found or not.
All their locations are awesome with amazing/friendly staff. Great energy, vibe and tea. Hubby and I love our scented leaf.
Scented Leaf has been my favorite study spot for the past few years. The "tearistas" are incredibly helpful and patient and can guide you through your order. The space itself makes tea accessible and easy to engage with. Plus, the reusable cup policies entice you to keep coming back throughout the day. This place is packed majority of the time, rightly so. The vibe is even better with the TVs and chill music. The cold brew tea packs are also a family favorite.
