Tom Schaffer and his team are fantastic! They represented me on an Ohio BWC claim that was sent into BWC hearing hell due to a missed first xray, the bureaucratic purgatory and incompetence of the agency, and the use of hearing process to deny payments. Tom and Marilyn worked to unfreeze the medical care process and to resolve my permanent partial DI. Kaylyn was always responsive and followed through to keep processes moving. If you are injured and under Ohio BWC, there are TWO RULES YOU NEED TO FOLLOW: 1) From day 1 of your injury, get a good lawyer and dont trust the system to be fair to you; 2) Hire Schaffer and Associates.
