The groomers pay so much attention to detail, from their neat trims to their perfectly styled bow ties. We’ve tried a couple of different grooming services before, but none were as professional or as attentive as Scooby Groom. We are always satisfied here, and it clearly shows — this is already our 4th service with them. The shop is clean, welcoming, and professional, and the team is always gentle and caring with our pups. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about my pup’s comfort. The facility was clean, calm, and smelled fresh — a huge plus! My dog can be a little anxious during grooming, but the groomer took their time, was incredibly gentle, and kept me updated throughout the process. The cut was perfect — neat, stylish, and exactly what I asked for. They even added a cute little bow as a finishing touch, which was such a sweet surprise! What really impressed me was how relaxed and happy my dog looked afterward. You can tell they truly love what they do and treat every dog like their own.
