Came to Fort Worth last week and my dad's rollator needed a screw. The guy who helped us, I think his name was Tait, was very helpful and friendly. He fixed my dads Rollator and saved the day.
Me and my mom came in to see about getting her a scooter! Tait and DJ were so helpful and knowledgeable and the store was extremely clean! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs scooters or walkers they even have lifting recliners

Made call to their office in Fort Worth and actually got call answered and issue handled in one call instead of holding or giving my number for a call back whenever. DJ is fantastic. He reprogrammed my wife’s Quantum 5 and spent hours fixing it. When I asked DJ what the cost was he didn’t charge me. Since then I’ve had a battery replaced and a wheel (of course they were very reasonable ) I highly recommend DJ . His Customer service was fantastic.
Tait was amazing. He answered all of our questions. All of my mother‘s questions put the scooter together, took it apart several times for us made sure that we knew how to use our new scooter. I would definitely recommend any of your mobility needs to this place. They were the best.
