Have been here for a few different procedures with Rachel, and always super happy with the results and the service. Rachel is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable, and always puts me at ease. Rachel is the only clinician, so occasionally there can be a bit of a wait if people are running over, so you just have to allow some extra time for your appointment, but it's never been a problem for me.
After coming to this clinic, I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else now! Rachel is incredibly talented — she has the lightest touch, the best eye for detail, and her results are always perfectly balanced. She’s also so sweet and makes you feel completely comfortable the entire time. And Katy is honestly the sweetest ever — so welcoming at reception, organised, and always makes the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. 10/10! Highly recommend.
Rachel is always so brilliant! She is friendly, approachable and I completely trust her. She is an expert in her field and when I have any questions around treatments or ask for recommendations its like speaking to a mate, she never tries to upwell anything to me and always tailoring my treatments to me. I would recommend her a million percent!
I have been coming to Sebastian Rose for vitamin B12 treatment, and Rachel has put me so at ease with how knowledgeable and experienced she is in what she does. You have to be able to trust the person treating you, and Rachel always takes the time to share what she knows as well as to give time to check if I have any questions before treatment. The treatment I have is a quick procedure, but it has never felt rushed and I have been well looked after and cared for. It's a lovely comfortable setting, with a warm welcome from both Kat and Rachel. On top of that, there is great communication, appointment reminders the day before, the location is easy to get to, and prices are really fair. So happy to have found this place!
