Took my girlfriend to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Amazing experience! Staff is very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back in the near future. We both feel so refreshed after our massages. Highly recommend the romantic couples massage.
I can only speak from my own experience as this was a group massage. This was my first massage, and although we arrived a few minutes late, we sincerely appreciated the accommodation. The house had a very zen atmosphere with beautiful decor, and we even got blessed by Miss Kitty 🐱. First, I want to compliment my massage therapist, Bobby! He was friendly, attentive, thorough, and honestly PHENOMENAL!!! Words can’t fully express how wonderful he was. He was respectful and consistently checked in with me, making the whole experience exceptional. There was so much tension in my body, and he helped melt away all the aches and pains. I felt like good homemade noodles, LOL. Thank you! If I could rant and rave more I totally would!! Thank you for the experience, and I’ll see you soon!
This is the first time I’ve ever scheduled my next massage before leaving. Highly recommend the Lomi Lomi with Jean-Luke! He checked in on me and my comfort throughout the appointment and used just the right amount of pressure. He found tension in muscles I didn’t even know I had!
The service itself was great—the person who did my body scrub was phenomenal and really attentive. However, a few things made my first visit uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn’t very clean (rust and hair present), which made me not even want to shower there. At the front desk, I didn’t feel very welcomed. The receptionist immediately told me I was late, even though I had explained that I couldn’t find the entrance (which is very confusing if you’ve never been here before). I also booked and paid for a full body scrub, but my arms were skipped. On top of that, I was told I should’ve brought a bathing suit, but nowhere on the website or description does it mention what to bring—something first-time visitors would definitely need to know. Overall, my massage provider did an excellent job, but the environment wasn’t the most welcoming for a first-timer. If you’re new, you might want to look elsewhere, but others may have a different experience.
This place truly is a secret. You walk up the pathway, and open the door and you're transported to a place of serenity. You walk in and take off your shoes. Then you are escorted to your room. The couples massage was booked and the room had a nice quaint, serene ambiance. We were asked if we needed to use the restroom, or if we wanted to have something to drink. The bathroom is attached to our room. Charlene is heaven sent. She has the magical hands. Jean-Luke did a fantastic job. He knew the parts to hit. The steamed towels were amazing. Will definitely be back, sometime in the spring to enjoy the scenery. Thanks for making our first time memorable.
