I locked myself out of my apartment at 3:17 AM while holding a full rotisserie chicken and a bag of Doritos, and I was mentally prepared to live on the sidewalk, but then I called Security Locksmith 24/7 and Kian pulled up like an absolute hero. He didn’t ask any questions about the chicken (which I appreciated), just gave me a calm “I got you,” like he’s personally unlocked doors for the Avengers. He examined the lock for maybe 6-7 seconds, whispered to it like he was convincing it to turn its life around, and then CLICK — door opens like it respected him. I tried offering him the chicken as a thank you and he put a hand on my shoulder and said, “Keep it. You need this more than I do,” like a spiritual guide on a mountain. Fast, professional, didn’t judge my late-night poultry crisis — 5 stars, would definitely get locked out again just to witness this man work his magic.

I stopped by this locksmith/key maker spot after snapping my house key in half. From the moment I walked in, the staff (Kian) was welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly knew their craft. They had my replacement key cut in under five minutes—and it worked perfectly the first time. No jiggling, no praying at the door. Just smooth entry like it was meant to be. They also helped me rekey a lock for my garage and explained the process in plain English, which I appreciated. Prices were fair, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Bonus points for the clean, organized shop and the surprisingly good playlist they had going. If you need keys made, locks fixed, or just want to talk shop with folks who genuinely care about their work, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back—and next time, hopefully not because I broke another key.

Came in while taking a stroll and was greeting with the best customer service and conversation. They were honest with me and recommended a second person to work on my key fob, because obviously BMW/mini Coopers are hard to work on, duh! Got some fun keys made while waiting. Definitely recommend!! 10 Stars!
