She helped me select furniture and transform my entry way & family room into an S&L catalog. Ive been pleased with all of the items (quality & design) and the shipping timeframe is pretty speedy.

I have had a wonderful experience purchasing my rugs from Serena & Lily. I got great design advice from a member of their team, Christie, at the Del Mar showroom. Christie helped me select two rugs (jute rug and wool rug) for my office room. The rugs were of excellent quality and looked great in my room. I had to exchange a rug and the store policy is incredibly helpful with the exchange. Christie went above and beyond to help me with the exchange process. Overall, very pleased with the store and their products and will buy again in the future.
