Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and nice and they consistently do great work.
Some of the best staff around always so fun to walk in and be greeted by everyone. they are also great at making sure you can be near/with friends even when doing a walk in! Love my experience there every time
Anytime I need a luxurious pedicure I come to Serenity, my mom introduced me to this salon when I first moveo to town a couple of years ago. Anytime I need a great pedicure where they do a stellar job with clean up and attention to detail I come to this salon. I just recently got some color for the first time and it was so subtle and pink it looked like my natural color, my nail tech got it completely right as far as the color choice and I was really pleased with the color on both my nails and my toenails. They always do a great job at this place, so please come and support this local business!!
I have been coming here for over 10 years and had a terrible experience three weeks ago that has changed everything. The final product of my nails was burgundy around the edges, my nails were all different lengths and my cuticles were bleeding!! I told the lady who was doing my nails that it hurt. I waited the evening to see if my nails improved and they didn’t, they got worse. I had small open cuts around my fingers which hurt. 2 days later I went back to the salon in hopes that we could work something out as I have been a loyal customer and the quality had not aligned with what was expected for the service. I went back into the salon where the manager shamed and gaslit me in front of the entire salon. Telling me that my cuticles were cut as they were so that nail polish would cover my entire nail. And that with darker colors it will always be darker around the sides. She then went on to tell me that getting your nails done isn’t like going to buy a clothing item where you can return it since someone has put time and effort in doing my nails. It was a TERRIBLE experience. I shared my experience on Instagram where several people commented back to me saying that the service at Serenity has gone down hill. I want to help anyone else not have a poor experience like I did. I will never return. Included are pictures from my experience. Thank you for reading.
They fit me and my daughter in at the end of the day but still took their time to do a great job. This is longest lasting gel manicure I have ever had. Second picture is 2 weeks later. At other salons, after a few days the bottoms would start to peel up and catch on things (like my hair). But that hasn’t even started yet and it’s been 2 weeks! They were very good with my daughter and she felt very comfortable and special the entire time.
