Very poor communication. Did not give us any confidence in her ability to "set the scene" . All the talk, none of the walk. Too late to change to a different company. Would definitely and absolutely not recommend. Would have given less stars except that at least the chairs and canopy were delivered and then taken away.
Sophie's styling was what we hoped it would be. She was able to deliver what we requested and it's clear that she loves what she's doing. The styling indeed helped set the scene for the wedding.
