The best group of guys to build and repair bikes. The best I have been treated in a bike shop in San Francisco. I’m 77 years old so I wasn’t taken seriously in other bike shops. At this bike shop they really listen and do everything they can to satisfy your bike needs. I bought an electric trike so I needed a helpful hand which they give. A fun place to get a bike and best customer service you could desire.

In the last two years since I’ve been here in San Francisco, I first brought my old bike, and for the past year, I’ve been bringing my e-bike. And I have to say, this shop is definitely one of the best — if not the best — in San Francisco. They always do top-quality repairs and even fix issues that other shops couldn’t figure out. They get things done really fast — usually the same day, often within just an hour or two. The only time it takes longer is if a part needs to be ordered. They’re extremely quick, professional, and the quality of their work is outstanding. What really stands out is that when other shops can’t solve a problem, these guys can — which says a lot about their knowledge and expertise. Their prices are always more than fair, so the value you get for the level of service is phenomenal. I honestly trust only them with my bike — I always bring it here for repairs, and every single time they fix everything in record time. I’m always impressed by how good they are. If you bring your bike here, you can be sure it’ll be perfectly repaired at a very reasonable price. This shop is truly top-notch in every way. Ps. I think they deserve not 5 but 10 ⭐!💪

I tightened a bolt too much, leaving half a snapped bolt stuck in my bike frame. The guy at SF Wheels got it out no problem after two other shops in the area told me it would be impossible. Thanks for the fast and friendly service!

There was a small hole in the rear tire of my electric bicycle, causing the rear tire to leak air slowly. I went to several electric bicycle repair shops today. The answers they gave me were all the same, Because I didn't buy their electric bike in their electric bike shop, I bought the electric bike online, so they don't provide paid repairs. I found this e-bike repair shop when I was feeling desperate. They provided unparalleled professional service, replacing the inner tube of my rear tire. The price was very reasonable, and they helped me adjust the brakes on my e-bike. When they checked my front wheel, they realized I had installed it backwards, so they helped me adjust it correctly. I'm truly grateful for their responsible attitude and professionalism. I would like to share my experience with those who also bought electric bicycles online and need repair services.

I rented e-bike my second day at SF from here and my day was so wonderful. I was able to travel more freely and hit all the tourist spots that I wanted to go to. Bike rail in SF is so amazing and was able to go literally anywhere from golden gate to Japan Town ◡̈ On my last day, I wanted to rent the e-bike again to visit sausalito and was so amazing. Only took 50mins to get there and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t stop gasping while biking 🚴‍♀️❤️ I would definitely come back to SF Wheels again on my next visit. The staffs were very nice and informative. Highly recommend this spot. You won’t regret!!!!! *they let you borrow the helmet, U lock, phone stand, and water bottle holder which was so helpful.
