My burger is burnt beyond being edible. And my fries were old, hard and appeared to be what was scraped from the bottom of the fry bin. This makes 4 times in a row this location served essentially garbage to its customers. Where is the manager, or supervisor? Or someone who takes pride in themselves, their work and the product they send out? I do not recommend anything from this location. And hopefully this time I will get a callback from the manager. 6 days later. Still no call back.
I wish I could say the quality of the food tonight was an exception, not the rule. But it’s not. This is the fourth consecutively time that I have ordered from this location and could not eat it because it was so burnt. This was expensive. A burger was burnt beyond a crisp, and my fries were clearly scraped from the bottom of the fry bin and had been sitting. I know it’s Friday, but shame on you for serving this garbage to your customers. Repeatedly. This was taken out.
The past two orders placed her for pickup, I have had missing items on my burgers. Among other order pickup issues. Food quality isn’t bad. Just needs a lot of QC and customer service improvement. I believe upper management has no idea how non-attentive the staff is with order details and pickup process. Some managerial improvement along with enforced training could help matters. But a long shot. I’m done with this location and it is closest shakeshack by a long distance. So farewell Shakeshack. It’s been real. Photo is of all the “bacon” on my “bacon cheeseburger” lol.
We visited the Shake Shack in Uptown tonight, and the experience was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was perfect and even asked how we were enjoying our meal. The bathroom was spotless—cleaned to perfection. Overall, an excellent team, manager, and exceptional service. Thank you!
I play my co-worker for putting the idea in my head since he saw the ad for shake shack. Anyways after work I decided to pop over there that night. Just go ahead and order an avocado bacon burger 🍔 with a lemonade 🍋. Presentation wise it looks good. Atmosphere wise at the place is pretty good. Overall taste test of the burger, not grand, but a lot better than McDonald's. Obviously this isn't going to be an everyday thing but it's a good place to chill out once in awhile.
