I went to Sheiban with a friend who had bought from them before. Him and I were both in the market for an Omega. He had worked with Dana in the past. He reached out to her prior to our visit and she had them all set aside ready for us to try them on. This was my most expensive watch purchase to date. Dana could not have been more awesome throughout the process. She was super nice, welcoming, not pushy at all, and informative. She helped me find exactly what I wanted and I walked away thrilled with what I got - and I owe a lot of it to her guidance and perspective on a few different time pieces. I greatly appreciate all the help and will no doubt be back again - ask for Dana!!!

Can’t say enough good things about Sheibans and their staff. Beautiful store, friendly and knowledgeable employees, and a very welcoming environment. There is no pressure when visiting and you can tell that they simply want to help you find your dream pieces. I worked with Dana directly and she was amazing. Very professional and felt like you were talking with a friend not a salesperson. She is transparent and truly cares about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. I HIGHLY recommend working with her. Will be back again.

Dana at Sheiban Jewelers was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. She was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely cared about helping us create our perfect custom ring. Dana took the time to listen to everything we wanted and guided us through the design process with so much patience and kindness. She is such a sweetheart. The environment at Sheiban Jewelers is warm and inviting, and every employee we interacted with, including Mr. Sheiban, was welcoming and kind. You truly feel valued as a customer here. This will be our forever jeweler, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

This is a wonderful place to get a watch. All of the staff and the owner are friendly and helpful. They have a vast selection of new watches from many different brands as well as pre-owned watches that are in fine condition. Their watches are excellent values for the money.

I and my family have had a fantastic experience at Sheiban Jewelers. I drive about 25-30 minutes to come here because the people and products are great. There is absolutely no pressure or strange feeling you get in some jewelry stores. It doesn’t matter your price point, they make you feel important. Brian and Jill have both helped me buy an engagement ring and watch. Absolutely recommend this establishment and I make sure to tell everyone when they ask.
