I want to say I would love to review Ariana Boss because she has been exceptional with us. Not only did she go above and beyond, she is always responsive to our phone calls, emails and even the most absurd or strange questions we may have had for her. She exceeded our expectations and her diligence after months of house searching has helped us to find the perfect home for our family. She did not tire or waiver in her enthusiasm and support. She sent us many homes to look at and formulated great house showings once we decided which houses we wanted to see. Everything was done seamlessly. Ariana also supported us in finding the right Bank, Title company and Inspector, as well as she continues to reach out to help us as we manage finding out “who” we should contact with regard to the utilities and lawn care. I also want to say Carmen and John have also been wonderful in assisting Ariana. You have a great team. We are thankful and would highly recommend the Shepheard Team!!!!! I originally met Jock Hillery at an open house in Norfolk and decided to work with the Shepheard Real Estate Team after our conversation. Jock was really helpful and insured I find an awesome home in Norfolk by aiding in filtering homes according to the exact details I had asked. It can be challenging to find a great home in Norfolk with the right school district for the right price. Narrowing things down to the exact priorities I was looking for helped me find the perfect home! Jock has been so incredibly helpful in not only the home buying process but also post-closing as well. I would highly recommend his services. He also worked to help me through the buying process while he was out of town.
