I bought a Daytons sweatshirt at the Daytons Marketplace before Christmas and was told if need be I could return it to Shop in the City. I stupidly tried it on after I put on my makeup and it didn’t fit but I had stained it. I worked to remove stains which only helped a little. Went to Shop in the City to exchange it and plead my case. I offered to either pay for the damage or just return it for 1/2 of what it was worth. The very sweet clerks (sisters) called their manager who told them to replace it at full value. Very great customer service and I appreciate it a ton. Thanks so much.

Went to the shops in the city Holidazzle location Dec 21, 2024@ 1:45PM to purchase a small 2024 Santa Bear with ski goggles from that specific kiosk. Disgusting actions by the old lady with bobbed dyed red hair who refused to sell me a small Santa bear!!! She sold the exact same one to a family directly ahead of me and a family a few minutes behind me. These weren’t “pre orders”!!! She had the bears in a box she was grabbing from and she refused to sell me one while stating they were “pre orders” when they were not. She had two left that I grabbed and she snatched them out of my hands to be certain I didn’t purchase. Truth, She was only selling to white families!!! Disgusting lady who needs a hug and a lesson in inclusivity🤣 Will not ever do business with these folks since they employ folks like her who pick and choose who to sell to. Lovely shops except for the kiosk selling the bears. Purchased a Beautiful doll from Mochuello by Elsa❤️ Thank You and Happy Holidays to all.
