I contacted Showtime Audio to inquire about a subwoofer install and full interior sound damping for my truck. I purchased my own new subwoofers and amplifier. They refused the job solely because I did not purchase the subwoofers from them, even though they regularly install and feature the exact same subwoofers on their YouTube channel. I was fully willing to pay their standard labor rates for both the subwoofer installation and the sound damping work, but the job was declined outright. What made this especially frustrating is that this policy is not disclosed anywhere on their website, which resulted in wasted time. I understand that businesses need to make money, but this situation felt more about lost equipment profit than providing installation services. When I followed up to ask for a clearer explanation or see if there was any flexibility, I received no response and was essentially ghosted. If you plan on purchasing your own subwoofers or amplifier, even when paying for labor intensive work like full interior sound damping, be aware that they may refuse the install regardless of brand or model. Overall, disappointing customer service and poor business practices

Brought my Lexus here for a dashcam install among other things and it went great! Super clean shop, welcoming staff & great customer service! Jerry went out of his way to welcome us and make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend 5+ stars!

I can’t say enough about how impressive this place is. Jerry and the entire team are so responsive, helpful, and transparent, and you wouldn’t believe some of the advanced work they do. In my case it was retrofitting the built in display in my 2017 vehicle with Apple CarPlay. A dealer had told me it was not possible but Showtime came through, did a fast, fantastic job. It was not cheap but the price was fair (expensive part). Note that they are VERY busy so you can’t usually get hold of them but they are great about responding to texts. Thanks and awesome job!!

Jerry and his team did a great job of installing two customized head units with CarPlay in both mine and my wife's car. We wanted units that maximized screen size but looked like they were part of the car. My car is a 2014 Infinit QX70 with NO TECH, but now has a tesla style 14.2" screen with all the bells and whistles. My wife's car is a 2016 Nissan Rogue and now has a screen double the OEM size with CarPlay. She also had front and rear recording cameras added. All work was top notch and we recommend Showtime Audio to anyone looking to update and upgrade your driving experience, no matter the age of your car!
