We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. On the day Sian was amazing and so professional. She kept us on schedule while letting us go with the flow. It all ran so smoothly and we had the most incredible day!! We really appreciate everything you did and you went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Sain to anyone!!

Having Sian as our wedding coordinator was one of my BEST wedding-planning decisions! We had a back garden wedding at my parent's house, and Sian was such a help. I immediately felt I could trust her to coordinate all the logistics on the day and that I didn't need to worry. She is so friendly, approachable and relaxed. She went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly, including picking up our wedding flowers and bringing buckets for ice. She is so passionate about her job and it really shows in her care towards us and our guests,  and her attention to detail. We had such a wonderful, peaceful day. Sian contributed massively to that peacefulness, working quietly and calmly in the background. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone planning their wedding. Thank you so much Sian !!!

After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. It all just felt very reassuring to have Sian with us throughout the day - thank you and of course mostly thank you from Fern (age 2)! Love matt, michelle, Lauren and Fern xxx

Sian plante und koordinierte ein Stil-Fotoshooting an unserem Veranstaltungsort; sie ist super nett, gut organisiert und sehr professionell. Die Fotos waren wunderschön und voller Inspiration für verlobte Paare – sie hat ein gutes Auge fürs Detail und konnte zudem mit einigen talentierten Branchenzulieferern zusammenarbeiten.
