Silver Dog Bed and Biscuit has been absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I instantly felt welcomed. Lynn and the staff are warm, attentive, and I can tell they truly treat pets like family. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into creating a safe and fun environment. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Silver Dog Bed and Biscuit!

!!!DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! There’s hardly ever anyone in daycare supervising the dogs, and if they pee or poop, it sits there for who knows how long. They also take dogs from daycare and put them in a kennel, where they spend almost the whole day. They don’t clean the outdoor yard properly; it’s mostly concrete and smells like urine and poop. There are holes in the cement that leave puddles of urine and waste where your dogs end up sitting and walking, which is why many people have complained about their dogs reeking of urine when they’re sent home. Even though your dog sits in urine and poop, they don’t bathe or clean the dogs; they don’t do anything, and your dog is lucky if they spray a scent spray on them to mask the smell — most of the time, they don’t even do that. They also smoke and vape inside and outside the building, even around the dogs. These people do not care for animals at all, let alone know how to handle them. If a dog gets into a fight, they do nothing and act like it’s no big deal, letting the dogs get away with bad behavior. Not to mention, they are extremely understaffed, which leads to forgetting to feed some dogs or air out others. Plus, the owners and staff are rude and do not care about these animals. This is pure neglect, and this place needs to be shut down — these animals do not deserve this treatment.

Silver Dog Bed & Biscuit is an amazing retreat for our large dog Arthur. We drop him off in the morning for grooming and daycare (play time 😊) and when we pick him up in the afternoon he is immaculately groomed and exhausted from playtime with friends. The staff is wonderful with our precious family member - we trust them completely. We are so fortunate to have found this great resource and highly recommend.

We brought our 2 dogs to Silver dog for the first time. The anxiety I was feeling was relieved when meeting the staff. Robin and Stacy were both very professional and calmed my nerves before leaving on a trip. I would recommend boarding your dogs here and will definitely be using them in the future!

I absolutely love Silver Dog! I know that when any of my dogs or cats go here that they are going to get all the affection and attention that they receive at home. I have an extremely shy Chihuahua mix that is deathly afraid of everyone. After leaving her here for only one night I was shocked to see her snuggling and even kissing an employee when I came to pick her up. And my overly energetic golden retriever was actually tired and relaxed when we got home. I didn't have to go for a walk and play fetch for an hour when we got home, he just went and lied down for a nap! I have since used silver dog on numerous occasions for daycare (for my hyper dogs), and overnight boarding for all of them. Even my cats have happily stayed here! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for always making my furbabies feel safe and happy when I have to leave them behind.
