Ordered a calendar cake to announce the save-the-date for our wedding. We received the cake and we are simply not impressed with the quality of it. The calendar print is blurry, so making a video announcement with it has been a bit of a challenge. Other than that, the flavor and icing was good, and the company was very friendly and easy to work with, but we're very disappointed with how this turned out.

I had a lemon pound cake for this Thanksgiving it was truly amazing my whole family loved it and you can just tell how well it was just made im definitely ordering from here all the time 🥹

I want to talk about a company that I was glad I used. I am not talking about a giant order but I was treated as if I was the most important order. I ordered one dozen carrot cupcakes for my Mother's 97th Birthday. These were not only great but on time. I can't remember a company who actually had such great customer service with such a quality product. They have a love for their product and customer seems so important. I would recommend them and enjoy their quality Swiss accessable

I was looking for a cake the day of for a special Birthday Surprise. I am very good for forgetting to put an order in somewhere as I'm always busy and on the go. I wanted something a bit more special than a grocery store bought cake that always tends to be the same old same old. I know a lot of locally owned bakeries just don't have cakes readily available the day of. I called this place and to my surprise they had a few readily available. I've never had their cakes before and was willing to try as the owner is a self baker and locally owned. She told me over the phone that there were 3 flavors. Vanilla, Chocolate and Almond Lemon. I opted for the almond lemon because not only did it sound delicious and different, but I know my MIL would love that flavor. I told her I can pick it up within 30 minutes and she said she just had to decorate it. I asked for pink and or purple flowers. I put faith in that she would do a good job. It took about 30 minutes, then she called me back to tell me it was ready. I was a bit nervous to see it, but I know if she owns the bakery, she knows what she is doing. When I got there, to my surprise, it was BEAUTIFUL! When it was time to serve the cake, the flavors were amazing. The icing was an almond flavor butter cream with a light lemon almond flavor cake. I just want to let you know how wonderful you were to be able to make this cake happen and how amazing the cake turned out both in looks and flavor. Thank you so much and I will think of you and your bakery the next time I need a cake. But I will be sure to order one in advance.

I tried several of the cupcake flavors. I wouldn’t say they are the greatest cupcakes I’ve ever eaten, but they are good. The price is better than other places in Hampton Roads where a cupcake can be $6. I see this as a good option for those on a tighter budget, especially on the $2 Tuesdays when each cupcake is only 2 dollars. I will assume the cakes are similar to the cupcakes, and the designs look good from the review pictures. Overall, while not the best, the cupcakes are good and provide a great option for those on a tighter budget or looking for a bakery closer to this area of Portsmouth.
