After being in the cold for 7 days, in walks a young man with a smile on his face only to make you happy. Joe was the best, the best! repair man in my 72 years I have ever had!. The company was very nice and spot on with the problem. They asked u questions in order to make them understand just what needed to be done. Always great, honest service. We received a quote from another company that was tens of thousands of dollars to fix a simple issue. Simmons came out and their expertise was clear from the start. My system was blowing cool air, alternating with hot air and I called Simmons. They were able to send someone out In just a couple of days. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and was able to make a quick repair at a reasonable price.
Kevin and Tyler were great, came out and fixed our flex duct work , Explained everything thoroughly with regard to the current unit and why it was using emergency heat (previously unexplained by other companies) and were extremely courteous, polite, and efficient!
