I had an excellent experience at Simply Laser Skin Clinic, thanks especially to Lily. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very competent, which immediately put me at ease. Lily took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done carefully and thoroughly. Both Lily and the other staff member I interacted with were warm, polite, and genuinely friendly, creating a calm and welcoming environment. This was by far the best hair removal experience I’ve had and a huge improvement on previous treatments elsewhere. If you’re considering laser, my advice is don’t be tempted by cheap deals: invest in quality care. It truly makes all the difference. Thank you, Lily and the team!

You can truly see how passionate she is about her work. Chloe is incredibly professional, yet warm and captivating at the same time.
