I had a great experience purchasing four tires from Sipan Tire & Rims. From the moment I walked in, the front staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The entire process from choosing the right tires to the installation was seamless and efficient. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail, and I felt confident in the service the whole way through. I would definitely return to SIPAN Tire & Rims for any future tire or rim needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

Genuinely at a loss for words for the incompetent owner of this place. The staff in the back seem friendly and helpful enough however after incorrectly booking my appointment (was supposed to be for 9 he had it booked for 10 not a big deal) and not ordering what I had specified ( winter tires and rims no rims were orders) we discussed on the phone that I just wanted my winters on and that I will wait to get rims next time he did not do this instead he went ahead told me to come back the next day and that he would order them… okay fine I’ll pay the extra 300 for rims ( as this was my original plan) and go out of my way but the next day I wake up trying to go to work to find a fully flat tire… now I’m out two uber charges and having to call a tow truck to come out and put air into my tire on Monday so I can take it back in. All I received from the owner was a half assed apology no consideration for the issues this caused and cost. He even had the audacity to say maybe I went over a nail and asked if what I wanted was for him to grovel at my feet at no point did I raise my voice or insinuate such a thing I merely stated that I wanted to be heard about the issues this caused and a sincere apology as this was more then a simple matter ( I do not trust this owner so I had the tow trucker to inspect it and there was no nail) he stated the rim was defective. Are you not suppose to check to ensure the seal is correct after placement??? For a place that’s business is just detailing and tires this was abysmal.

I bought a set of tires and rims from Saipan Tires about a year and a half ago. There was a small mistake during the installation process, but the owner, Mony, handled it personally and made things right without hesitation. It’s clear he’s a man of his word and takes real pride in how he runs his business. You don’t often find that level of honesty and customer care these days. I trust Saipan Tires completely and will be doing all my tire-related business with them from now on. Highly recommend!
