The team is AMAZING!! I’ve had a few Aerolase and microneedling treatments recently, I’ve been struggling w acne scarring and active acne. My skin has improved so much - inflammation is down and scarring is looking much lighter! The team here is so kind and helpful, absolutely love them ❤️
Dr. Kumar is incredibly skilled, and my EZ Gel results were beautiful!! 💖 I’ve always had great experiences in person, which makes this review bittersweet. Unfortunately, I was charged a $150 fee even though I reached out on a Saturday afternoon to reschedule a Monday appointment more than two days in advance per their own policy. I completely understand small-business policies, but this one really caught me off guard. I still respect their work and hope to return someday, maybe when I’m not actively working on research projects that can include last-minute travel🤍 All in all, beautiful work and talented hands! 🌸 just keep in mind their rescheduling grace period may be stricter than expected.
