Bailey has been wonderful working with me on my skin journey over the past few months. She is the best Skin Therapist I have been to and explains the treatment process and what to expect and gives you little techniques to help you manage some of the treatments that are on the more uncomfortable side. Highly recommended and very happy with my treatments to date.
I’ve just started dermapen with Nat and I’m already impressed with the results so far. Nat was very thorough and tailored it perfectly to my skin concerns. She explained each step of the way and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Afterwards Nat was very informative with the aftercare protocol and with the products will be best suited for me to use at home. I’ve just completed three sessions of microneedling with Stef and I’m beyond impressed with the results! Bailey was a full bottle on all things skin—taking the time to walk me through at-home care, in-clinic treatments, and personalised tips for my specific concerns. I walked away not just feeling like I'd taken time for myself, but genuinely educated about what my skin actually needs. Turns out, there’s an art to skincare, the right products, the right order, AM vs PM… all the things I had been getting wrong for years!
