From the onset, the consultation was very thorough and I did not feel rushed or pressured to be upsold. I received great value and a great discounted price what a way to start a new year!! I have not had been to Skin Vitality for a few years and was pleased my history was still on file. Gianna was pleasant to deal with and very caring and understanding of my needs. The actual filler process was seamless and I felt comfortable with nurse Paulina. She advised of her each step along the way making me feel at ease. The results were immediate and within 45 minutes the cosmetic work was complete. I look forward to returning for additional touch ups based on the consultation recommendations.
I was very happy with the results of my masseter botox done by Nurse Selina. She was quick, explained every step to me, answered all my questions, and was very professional. She even followed up not once, but twice (I'm a busy student so I accidentally disregarded the first email) but the fact that she cared enough to reach back out speaks volumes about her as a nurse injector, and the clinic. Thank you again! I'm looking forward to my next visit :)
This review is specifically for the Kitchener location at 4281 Kings St E. It has been 13 days since I received 30 units of Botox to correct/smooth wrinkles in between my eyebrows. First off I have since learned that the sale of $11 per unit is not a bargain, it is on the low end of the scale for Botox pricing but again it is not a great deal. Second, you are told it could take 14 days to show its full effect (it’s been 13 days and 3 hours, I doubt a few more hours will change my review). I have zero results. Coincidentally I took a picture of myself the same morning with my dog and upon taking a picture almost daily, there is no visible change. I was contacted a week into this experience by the nurse (via email) who administered the “Botox”. I use quotes because they have been accused in other reviews of diluting the said Botox. Upon replying to the nurse, a week ago, I have yet to hear anything back. Third, the location is very bright and inviting, definitely on the cold side. I suggest wearing your jacket in the winter months. This is known to them as the office manager has a separate heat source in her office. Speaking of the manager and the nurse, they were very polite and welcoming (most people are when you’re spending money). The girls working the front counter did not make me feel welcome at all. They did nothing wrong but they also did nothing to make me feel invited, or appreciated as a paying customer. So take aways, clean office, really pretty space, the older age staff has great customer service skills (minus ignoring my reply to their email). No results, over priced. Aside from asking for a refund I will not be returning nor will I be recommending there services.
Got my first lips 👄 injections and I’m very happy with my results, Paulina was amazing, very kind, gentle and patient. Also, had my third round of Sculptra and am very happy with my booty growth.
