We were shopping for new recliner chairs for our family room. I liked the variety of chairs that were on display and we were lucky enough to hit a sale. We told the salesperson what we were looking for and he showed us to the right area. Then he left us to explore and try them out. We called him back when we had made a choice. He did not hover or try to upsell us. Also, after comparing prices with other companies, they had the best variety at the lowest prices. The chairs were delivered yesterday and we love them!
Trevor greeted us with a smile as we walked into Slumberland. He asked us to let him know what we looking for and quickly led us to the bed and mattress areas. He was attentive without being intrusive. We chose a bed and mattress that he efficiently ordered on his handy computer and set us up with a delivery date. We were more than pleased with his service and friendly manner!
The delivery was so smooth and picking things out was amazing. I have never bought furniture before new, Andrew made the entire experience so simple. He gave me space to explore, checked in when I was curious about something, and helped me to ensure I was getting the best item for my needs. If you need furniture this is the place to go!
Andrew the Store Manager helped us out with shopping for a reclining couch. I had some specific preferences and after awhile of letting us look around he was able to point us in the direction of a few options. We ended up purchasing a Lazyboy model for $100 less than Steinhafels and were able to select from many color and fabric options to get what we really wanted. Andrew was very knowledgeable about his products and the protection plans they offer so I feel very comfortable with my purchase. Compared to Steinhafels and Ashley, Slumberland was a pleasant customer environment.
Surprisingly great selection and competitive prices. Low pressure sales approach was greatly appreciated. Our salesman Bob was very knowledgeable and answered our questions, making it a quick visit. Delivery was fast and our new couch looks great!!
