ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS SERVICE!! I had a wasp nest in my loft for around 4 months and I procrastinated about doing something about it until it had grown exponentially. So in late September I call around 5 different pest control companies and every response was generic, no real detailed explanation of what was going to be done other than “I’ll use powder to kill em” . Arthur was the 6th number on my list and he immediately went in to full detail on what he would do once he arrived, went over all possible scenarios, reassured me about completing his he job to my full satisfaction and just his all round general knowledge of wasps, bees and others was quite fascinating. Arthur arrived on time as he said he would, he was also courteous enough to text me before he set out to give me time to be ready. Once here he came in and inspected the loft and surroundings first and detailed his plan of action to me in precise context. Arthur navigated his way through the numerous items in my loft and got to the wasps nest from multiple angles even from the extension bathroom window, he was absolutely meticulous to detail. Arthur spent time and attention and spent good energy positioning himself in various angles to get at the nest. When all was done, he cleaned up, made sure everything in the loft was secure and safe and left me feeling so much more reassured that my nest problem was now dealt with. I cannot commend enough his absolute professionalism, courtesy, commitment and all round pleasant demeanour from the first phone call to leaving my property. I fully appreciate and recommend Arthur to everyone who is need of pest control services.

Arthur was incredibly responsive. I was lucky enough that he was just around the corner when I first called. He had the wasp nest sorted permanently within a couple of hours of calling! Rates seemed really reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend

Arthur is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He came round the same day to give us a no obligation quote and fit our job in very quickly, removing our issue. Genuinely nice bloke as well - 100% would recommend and use again if needed.

Arthur was very prompt to come out on call and very professional. I'd been previously stung by a large pest control corporation who'd charged me a fortune for very little ant pest control. He came and located the problem ant nest and treated it thoroughly, and was clear about expectations. We also discovered a wasps nest and he treated that on the same call out despite it not being part of the call He came a second time promptlyand flexible and did a second treatment at a secondary site of ants. I cannot fault his service and I feel confident in knowing I can call him again, should I need to, and he will promptly and efficiently act on the issue. Go local with Arthur and avoid these cowboy corporations! Very reasonable prices.

I emailed Arthur after four bees had come through our fireplace within an hour. He responded the same day to say that he was working nearby the following day and would happily come round and have a look. I called him the next day to confirm and he came round a few hours later. I found him to be polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the behaviour or wasps and bees, which gave us peace of mind. I would 100% recommend his services and will keep his card handy in case of future unwelcome visitors!
