Honest, Friendly, and Full of Good Vibes. Smiles For Miles is more than just a great place for gifts, clothes, gear, and child beer it’s run by genuinely good people. I stopped in while visiting the beach (it’s just a short walk away) and found some really fun items. I paid with cash and accidentally left my change on the counter. I had already walked out when one of the staff came running after me to return it. That small act of honesty and kindness really stuck with me. It says a lot about the people behind the shop. Great selection, great location, and truly wonderful service. Highly recommend stopping in you’ll leave with something cool and a smile on your face.

The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the shore—making it the perfect stop before or after some sun and surf. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their laid-back, beachy vibe makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. I was impressed by the wide selection of unique souvenirs and beachwear, all with a local flair. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. It truly captures the spirit of the beach!

If I could give this shop a no star I would. The employees are rude. They don’t like customer service. When asking questions they will stand at the register and ignore you. My husband bought a boat blow up for our daughter and he told him it probably wouldn’t work, that he may be back with his wife. He comes up to the hotel room, it isn’t gonna work for our daughter. We go back to the shop and try to talk to the guy. He eventually just stares Into the shop not even talking to me. They care about taking your money and not what makes the customer happy. “I want customer happy not your money” was his statement but not once did he care to meet our needs. AWFUL PLACE. Don’t waste your money here. Go up the street to sunsations.!
Awesome store, very nice and genuine people who helped us in getting all we needed. Best part was, I gave too much money when paying to the cashier and it was $20 more than i was supposed to, the guy ran behind me and gave me my money back saying i paid $20 extra. Very nice people, and very honest. Will surely be back as I live in Virginia Beach. Thank you, keep doing what you doing.
