The staff was very nice and professional, Dr Gonzalez was fantastic and explained what needed to be done to correct my problem, assistant Krizia was very sweet and caring taking my stays with a great personality, I would definitely recommend Smith family dental to everyone.
Have been going here for around 5 years and I don't have anything to complain about. The front desk people are kind and understanding. The dentist is professional and usually has all the right answers when tasked. Lastly, I've been seeing the same hygienist Lisa and she is as amazing. Super nice, friendly and keeps you comfortable while working. Some people may underestimate good customer care but this is the root of a good business. We need more people like Lisa!!!!
I had my first cleaning with Brenda today and it was by far the best and most relaxing cleaning I've ever had. She was very kind and friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. For the first time, I experienced no pain during a cleaning. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful and kind as well and has a very beautiful soul. It was like love at first sight when I saw her! Thank you all for the amazing dental experiences today! I'll never go to another dentist office again!
