We’ve struggled for 3.5 almost 4 years with my almost 4 year old. But our experience at this location was fantastic. The stylist was so, so good at not just helping my son feel calm and explaining what to expect, but also putting in the attention to detail to give him a great cut. She just knew exactly how to handle the situation. And my 2 year old was also great and his stylist was equally great. Very happy with our experience here and will certainly be back.
Beth was amazing with my 6 year old son on the spectrum! She gave him a great haircut and he left very happy. He said he wants to get his haircut every day, which is saying a lot for a sensory sensitive guy!
Was very surprised at the horrible experience we just had at Snip-its.. I had an appt for my 6 yr old grandson and my 4 yr old granddaughter was with us. Now first of all I must admit we were 9 minutes late. The kids had to use bathrooms as we were leaving to go & then I couldn't find a parking spot. And normally I would understand if the appointment had to be rescheduled due to our lateness making the next few appointments be pushed out. But in this case we were the last customer and the only one there and the girl working was closing. I asked her if she could just take hime as their appts are approx 15 mins long and it would be quick. She said " no, you can reschedule" . For a place that caters exclusively to kids I would think they would be more flexible towards people with young children, realizing sometimes our free time is limited. Again, I would not expect them to take us if there were other customers there who would be affected by our tardiness. I was very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone who has small children. Lynne
My son has now seen Toni, Maryah, and Beth. They are all very friendly and get the job done and do a great job managing the kids and keeping the place clean. They also fit me in when it was a jam packed day. Thanks ladies!
Toni was amazing. She was super fast which was great. My son doesn’t like his head touched and it was his first haircut. The speed made it so much easier on him. The haircut looks fantastic. The first haircut package is super adorable.
