I booked a last-minute birthday spa treatment at Soak Detroit and had the absolute pleasure of being cared for by Natasha B. Her service was extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome, grounded, and at ease. The mineral-rich peppermint and rosemary body polish was incredible, but what truly set Natasha apart was her presence, attention to detail, and intuitive care. She held space so beautifully that I completely forgot about the chaos of a canceled trip and instead focused on gratitude, being present, and celebrating myself. She is the kind of healer and professional that leaves a lasting imprint and represents wellness at its highest level. Any spa would be lucky to have her, and any client would be lucky to be in her care. I also had a SOAK Signature facial with Marwa, and she was very sweet, professional, and attentive throughout the service. She made me feel comfortable, explained each step clearly, and created a relaxing experience from start to finish. I appreciated her calm energy and care, and I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a thoughtful, gentle facial.
I had an amazing spa day at Soak Spa. My massage therapist Erica was a true professional. Her warm demeanor, gentle spirit created an environment that allowed me to relax and feel like i was where i needed to be. Erica asked me if there were any problem areas and during my 90 min session she worked out the stress point in my shoulders, neck and lower back. She was truly a blessing to me. The facility was clean, bright, warm and inviting. The shower, sauna and whirlpool were all exceptional so much so my 90 min visit turned into a 3 hour visit. Truly blissful and very much needed. Lol If you are in need of a true spa experience i recommend this place 1000%. In my honest opinion it’s Worth every penny. And to dear Erica thank you so very much for making my visit a memorable one. Happy New Year to you and blessings to all.
Can't say enough good things about my swedish massage today with Noah. This was easily the best massage I've ever had. The atmosphere is beautiful, and they have quite a range of amenities to add on. The ladies at the front Desk, Hailey and Breara were very attentive, made me feel welcome and comfortable, and helped to cultivate a very luxurious experience from start to finish. Noah was FABULOUS, and I highly recommend him! He was so kind and accommodating, the pressure was just right, and I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my time at the spa. I left feeling so relaxed (and ready for a long nap 😅). Can't wait to come back, you folks are wonderful!
I had the most amazing experience at this spa and I have to say it may be the best spa in the metro-Detroit area! We had a couples massage with Natasha and NaAsia and they were both super sweet and gave us each a really amazing massage! The atmosphere was very relaxing and the locker rooms were clean and spacious with everything from a sauna to showers for after the service. Additionally, the saltwater grotto (hot tub) is something no other spa has and it was extremely relaxing to use after our massages! We will definitely be back!!
From the moment we arrived at SOAK Spa we were greeted by friendly, professional and attentive staff! We had scheduled a couples deep tissue massage and received the best care from Latia and Teresa! Our massages were so incredibly relaxing and these ladies ensured they made us comfortable. After our massages, Diana greeted us with champagne and showed us to a sitting area where my husband and I could relax and sit together while we finished our drinks. Then we went to our separate locker rooms where we both enjoyed time alone in the sauna. 5/5 stars for the phenomenal service and relaxing atmosphere! We will definitely be coming back.
