They always do an amazing job with my cat! My cat has long hair and a double coat and has been turned away from a lot of other groomers for being too difficult, but not this one. I’ve been coming here for a while now and the work is consistently great and my cat comes home happy and calm
If you have a double coated dog DO NOT take them here. I took my husky here and he did a terrible job🤯 he didn’t take her under coat out at all. He shaved 🪒 her without my permission. And gave her a terrible cutt. I said trim her NOT chop her up. My dog usually comes back happy from the groomers my baby was whining so get out of there. She really came out looking the worse. I took her the next week to where I usually go and they advised me to go get my money 💰 back cuz they took so much of her under coat out that they couldn’t BELIVE she hit groomed the week before. NEVER AGAIN.
We love Jules at Soft Paws. We occasionally have a hard time keeping up with our mink ragdoll’s brushing, and he does a wonderful job taking care of her coat. She’s very particular and appears happy afterward. He gives her breaks to tolerate the grooming and is thoughtful about her needs. The price is very reasonable. We definitely recommend this service.
I've been taking my pup to Julie for almost three years now, and I can't recommend Julie enough! Julie always listens carefully to what I want for my dog and consistently delivers the best grooming results. I've never been disappointed with her work. She’s also incredibly timely when it comes to booking appointments, which makes scheduling so convenient. If you're looking for a top-tier groomer, especially for doodles, Julie is the one. My poor baby boy is traumatized. He was shaking. Forever after we got out of there. Somehow my baby Yorkie 6 months old and another Yorkie got together and he said started yapping at each other and going after each other which that is not okay. I trust you with my dog. Aunt, yes she sent me in but my dog looks better going in than coming out. He has patches all over missing hair patches and also long hair patches. He does not move so it wasn't him jumping. He's very still. I hold him all the time. He goes to the bathroom. I pick him right back up. He eats in my hands. I'm really devastated now. My baby looks like a gremlin for at least another 2-3 months
