Great range of products and vintage items, always worth a look in. Although unfotunately the customer service and management is quite poor Colleagues are rude and not very eager to help. Bought items, and due to them only facilitating one changing room couldn't try them on. They have a no refunds OR exchanges policy (we asked for an exchange due to multiple reviews stating they offer exchange out of goodwill) but they could care less. They admittedly do have a small sign that states this policy, although with a busy shop full of people eager to get out, you aren't going to notice it and they're counting on that. Absolutely no business that supports that as a policy is acceptable and quite frankly a joke. Do better.

Most of the clothes from here are bought for temu and shein! Reverse image searched a top in there and it was the exact one for £1.98 on shein, they were selling it for £16.99. Extreme price points for polyester shein slop. When asking an employee about it (i was polite about it) she took the top off me and was kind of shouting saying “buy it there then”. Such a shame as there are some lovely vintage items there. Edit: i’ve seen a reply to another recent review and it’s disgusting that your actually trying to deny the fact that half of what’s being sold in the upstairs section is bought from fast fashion websites such as temu.. Also your point in the reply was your items “will not be the same quality”, well your items were 80-90% polyester in the tags, not great quality is it really? I have attached images of the so called “vintage clothes” you are selling as i find it genuinely insulting that you can still sit here and deny that it’s from unethical sources.

went with a friend today, socked to see a shop labelled as ‘vintage’ was reselling fast fashion in masses. upping the price by often over £15 at a time. and when questioned had immediately shut us down lying about their stock. don’t go! support the local and real vintage shops on the same street, for the same prices. and far better quality!

Got a kick ass pair of levi jeans the sizes are mad think might be American sizes cos I'm a 34 but a 34 or 35 36 didn't fit but I wasn't too bothered but I managed a pair of 32w 30l for my short ass haha for 30 pound it's a steal deffo want to get another pair of the ones I got in a darker or lighter blue. Absolutely love it!! Got myself a cute branded vintage handbag for around 34£ and a banned alternative striped handbag for my sister around the same price too! Thanks for the one the staff’s recommendation, my sister is so obsessed with this handbag. The staff was really nice to chat with too, will definitely come back.
