My husband and I tried SolFlo today in need of a relaxing reset and found the experience to be incredible. Tami was so inviting bringing a mix of vitality and calm that started our journey. The space was well curated and thoughtful planned and smelled wonderful, clean and relaxing. We spent our 90 minutes in energy room on a sound & vibrational journey that was swept all our negative energy and left us transformed and in complete peace when we left. What an incredible way to spend a Saturday morning after a long stressful week. We are so grateful and looking forward to our next visit. Can’t recommend this enough!!!!!!!!!!
My first time at Solflo was for a somatic workshop. The dialogue was very insightful and engaging. Tami and, Nikola, who was the guest facilitator; were very warm and inviting with great hospitality made it very comforting. The scent of the atmosphere was lavishing; I love the art, colorful ambiance, and beauty of the facility. The beds were very unique and so snuggly.
Tami has created the most sacred space in Chicago. You immediately feel the energy shift when you walk through the doors. She is so welcoming and you will feel right at home. The energy room is a MUST! Be prepared for a full body shift and and energetic upgrade.
I visited Sol Flo Life two weeks ago and had such a beautifully curated and game-changing experience. Tami was warm, inviting, and kind. The space was gorgeous and really interesting to learn about the technology and intentionality taken with the space. I think it's perfect for anyone looking to deepen their spirituality practice, meditation practice, heal physically or just a nice 'self- care day'. I can see it also being a perfect place for a healing practicioner to bring a group retreat there. Can't say enough. Love it!
