I’ve struggled with traction alopecia for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I constantly had braids and relaxers, which contributed to my condition. After discovering Solutions Hair Restoration & Wellness Center, I decided to book a consultation—and I’m so glad I did! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. It began with a microscopic analysis, which was incredibly informative. Tessy is extremely knowledgeable, and I learned so much about my condition. Next, I sat under the red light therapy laser, which felt similar to a hooded dryer but completely painless. The experience was even more relaxing with the added foot massage. After that, Tammy performed a scalp detox, and she was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel comfortable and was super friendly—you can tell she’s passionate about her work. Once the detox was complete, she gave me the best shampoo and conditioning treatment I’ve ever had. She also trimmed my ends, explained the importance of regular trims, and finished with a neat braid-down. Overall, my experience was a 10/10! If you’re thinking about checking them out, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it!
Solutions Hair Restoration is a great find. I got a severe infection in my scalp. Dr. Tesse assessed my problem and formed a treatment plan. Tammy is tasked with applying my weekly treatments. She is AMAZING! She is highly skilled and professional. Tammy listened to my concerns and got to know my hair. Tammy's head massages and hair care cleaning sessions are very relaxing.
What a fantastic find! It was so stressful when my hair started thinning tremendously. I could see my scalp. No woman wants this but many go through it. My hair salon recommended seeing Dr. Tessy so of course I went immediately. It’s been near 5 months now and I’m seeing hair return in all the areas I thought were never coming back. Tammy is a wonder. Your hair follicles have no choice but to respond to her treatments. I’m very pleased with the results this far and look forward to getting all the way back to my pre- hair loss condition. I have told many people about this place. I recommend it highly.
