Held my tv for months but I’ve had my tv like a year now and it still works
This company has had my tv for 3 months and never answers the phone. If you didn’t have time to check the tv I wish you could have just said that. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional not to follow up with a customer and you have their property. I would like to know the status on my work order. Since you’re never in the store or return phone calls hopefully you’ll see this message and follow up with me asap. I hope to hear from you and have a resolution soon
The communication is extremely poor. My husband dropped off our TV in December and we’ve called and gone to the store multiple times to get some sort of update on when our TV will be repaired. I am either met with radio silence or that the guy who took our TV isn’t in so we’re basically just SOL. I would really have no problem if they told us “hey it’s going to take 4 months to get the parts in to fix your tv” however we have had no updates on a time frame and are usually just ignored completely. No phone calls back and the guy who took our TV is never at the store so good luck getting ahold of him after he’s taken your stuff! Don’t bring your equipment here unless you want it held hostage and to be ignored for months👎 Update: I don’t know how to respond to the owners response so I’ll leave it here and hope he sees🤷♀️ My husband’s last name is Hiffernan and our TV has been in your shop since late December. We were originally told it would take two weeks…..and you have completely ignored him for months now with no updates. There is nothing wrong with a long wait time but you have to keep people in the loop, how you are currently handling long wait times is to just ignore people completely which is really sketchy when we are trusting you with expensive tech equipment.
I just wish there was some follow-up, I’ve been calling once a week for about a month or longer, and I’m told that they are looking for parts, I hate to keep calling but no one is contacting me and now my estimate is much higher than the original quote! So I’m waiting for the outcome, what else can I do UPDATE, Scott did an amazing job repairing my television, it is like brand new, no error messages like I was getting before, my pictures/ screen is bright and sharp and I was charged and extremely fair price! This is the place to go if you want your television repaired by professionals. And the customer service IS awesome!!!!
I never did get an estimated wait time. Scott you need to communicate better with your customers & just be upfront & honest. tell them it will be a LONG wait. We waited about 4 months to get our tv back. But once we got it back it did work. Thanks
