Let me just state clearly and from every rooftop, if you’re considering a procedure, don’t delay, just book it! My specialist is Monica and yes I’m boldy biased because she made my experience go from a coward wincing in pain to just 2 ladies chatting about our day. She explained every step in my tattoo removal, was extremely receptive to my body language during the laser and offered immense support. I even booked my next procedure to make sure I get her. Honorable mention goes to Samantha, an absolute refreshing bowl of joy.
Got my first laser done. The aftercare was amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Really responsive the days in “recovery” (just 1 day of stinging) and insured I had a smooth process. Excited to see the results of all of my sessions this year.
I’ve been going to South Coast MedSpa (their Brentwood, LA location) for a few years now. I first went back during covid, but had briefly relocated to the Bay Area before moving back to LA again. While in the Bay Area I went to a different laser hair removal place, but didn’t love them as much as I did at South Coast MedSpa. When I moved back to LA, I was thrilled to be going back to them again. When I first went I got my underarms and Brazilian done. Most recently I’ve included my upper lip and full legs. Not having to shave and have smooth skin has been a huge time saver! I also have a skin condition that makes me itch in certain areas that I have hair so getting laser hair removal wasn’t only for cosmetic reasons. Since I’ve started getting the sessions I itch a whole lot less and my skin is more consistent in color and smooth. Having better skin has given me confidence that I didn’t have before. I usually see Cheryl for appointments and she’s absolutely wonderful! So easy to chat with during the sessions. And she has little tricks she can use if the pain is feeling “spicy” as we like to say. They do offer numbing cream if needed or ice packs can be used if you’d like to save money. The ladies at the front desk are also always so polite and kind. I’ve honestly have never had a bad interaction with anyone working there and they are usually on time. Would highly recommend!
This was my first time at South Coast med spa, where I got laser hair removal with Cheryl. I had been speaking to the staff for a couple days prior to scheduling my first appointment, where they were patient with answering all my questions and providing me valuable information. When the day came for my first appointment, I was introduced to Nurse Cheryl, who made it an extremely comfortable experience, and to listen to all of my needs/goals, and customized the treatment for me. I had previously been receiving laser hair removal at another facility, but with no results. My experience at South Coast spa with laser hair removal was unlike anything I had experienced before and I’m looking forward to the results and continuing to work with Cheryl! I am planning to switch to South Coast med spa for all my aesthetic needs.

I was completely impressed with the professionalism and the exceptional customer service of Sarah and Samantha. They are always sweet, charming, and willing to attend your needs. So as a patient, when you can get the greatest quality ray of treatments, a top-notch customer service, and also their staff is not only friendly but highly skilled, you have nothing else to look around, since you have got everything you want in just one place I highly recommend this place!!
