My online order for the holidays was delivered late, and one of the bottle was busted. Canada Post attempted the delivery and left apology note for the mishandling. I provided the proof of damage and reported it to the store, however it is unfortunate and not professional of them to not give me a response or a reasonable explanation on the next steps. I contacted the store by phone and they said the courier claim can be arranged. It’s been a week or more and no response from SP store. In this case, the store levied the enormous shipping costs from me, packaged the items poorly, and caused me loss of money and time. Circumstances happen but there is a way to handle it. This is unacceptable and disappointing. I hope you improve your service soon.

Had bottles shipped and they were damaged by Canada Post due to the storm. South Park Liquor Store refunded me the whole amount even if a bottle was still intact. Appreciate the follow up.
Just wemt there to get something for a sunday evening. Now hefore even I approached the counter the Cashier goes "can i see your id" which i have absolutely no problem with, i only asked him to wait till the customer is at the counter to which he starts getting defensive about and trying to escalate the situation. The guy was named harry. He started blaming me saying i am not talking to him properly bcz maybe i am having a bad mood. To my surprise i was smiling at him during this entire conversation and he was just so tensed about the situation. I have been to this store multiple times before. However, this was an unpleasant experience. Things would improve if we can have customer service associates doing thier job properly and not try to give thier customers a hard time.
The sign outside states 5% senior discount every day. Interestingly, I have never received the discount with excuses given that it doesn't apply to sales items, being told its automatically included in the total yet in checking the bill, there is no discount shown in the pricing, same as shelf price. As well, even though they claim to offer a price match. they never can without complaining they will lose money if they give the same price as a competitor. These tactics are clearly false advertising used to draw unsuspecting customers in.
