Once a year, my wife and I would go here for the couples massage and add the romance package, which consists of 30 minutes in the hot tub and a bottle of champagne. We went there two weeks ago and the massages were great and once the masseuse left the room, they only brought us two little 6 ounce glasses of champagne, and the hot tub was ice cold. For close to $400 the hot tub should be hot. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Going to the spa was more of a treat for my partner but after a facial treatment with Asia, I am completely sold on them. She was kind, considerate, and had a noticeable passion for not only self care but skin care. Asia respected the type of environment you desire whether you want to exist in comfortable silence or chat. The ambience captured the calming effect you expect at a spa but the talent is really what sold me.

I love the spa at Briarcliff! Very great staff, clean environment and Lala does my waxes and she is absolutely amazing! She walks you through what she’s doing & makes sure the waxing process is as comfortable as possible. I always get the most compliments when I get my brows done!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday with a visit to The Spa at Briarcliff, and from start to finish, it was an incredible experience. We started off by spending time in the hot pools, and I can’t say enough about how relaxing they were. The warm water, the peaceful environment, and the quiet space gave us the perfect opportunity to unwind and fully let go of the stress from the week. Just being there felt like a reset. We booked a couple’s massage, and it was exactly what we needed. The massage therapists were attentive, professional, and created an environment where we both felt calm and cared for. Every detail was thoughtful. From the lighting and scents to the soft music and gentle energy of the space, everything was designed to bring peace. The staff was excellent throughout our visit. Friendly, respectful, and helpful without ever being intrusive. The entire spa had a calm, luxury feel that made us want to stay longer. Whether you’re looking for a birthday surprise, a relaxing day out, or just time to recharge, I highly recommend The Spa at Briarcliff. We’ll definitely be back.

We have gone once a month so far this year for the Couples Essential Massage and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience each time! We highly recommend Alexis and Tara. Alexis does my prenatal and it is always *chefs kiss* amazing! And my husband raves about his massage from Tara! We always do the paperwork online beforehand so we can make the most of our time in the hot tubs beforehand (show up 30min before massage time). The facilities are always top notch clean. They provide comfortable robes and shoes and warm towels. Complimentary snacks and drinks are always available in the lounge area. Its a very relaxing and romantic experience! We always leave feeling better than when we came in!!
