Spa journey for 2 was indeed a journey! Approximately 2 hours in duration, everything was so luxurious and relaxing. They start you off with a welcome drink, shot of delightful floral/citrus drink, introduce you to the locker room that has dry and steam shower/sauna, quick feet wash and then take you into a couples massage room, and start you off with a body scrub and couples bath/shower and then hour of amazing massage. Bath was very interesting, you get to bath together for about 30 mins before the massage. Afterwards, you can relax and lounge with tea or champagne, hop onto sauna before exiting, all at your pace. It was one of the highlights of our stay at the Jw.
My husband and I enjoyed the Awaken Your Glow (90-minute) treatment as a Christmas gift to each other, and it was a truly lovely experience. We booked a couples treatment, with Mao looking after me and Priya my husband, both were wonderful, checking in regularly and creating a deeply relaxing, comfortable experience for us both. The facility itself is cozy, immaculately clean, and beautifully presented. We arrived early to enjoy the sauna and steam rooms and were warmly greeted with lavender lemonade, which immediately set the tone. We also loved the herbal teas, fruit-infused water, and healthy snacks available before our treatment. The full-body massage using Aromatherapy Associates oils, followed by the Ultraceuticals facial, was absolute bliss. Afterward, we were invited to relax in the lounge with jasmine and chamomile tea and biscuits, the perfect way to ease back into the day. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, glowing, and incredibly pampered. My skin felt silky smooth, and honestly, I felt like a million bucks. From start to finish, it was a luxurious and indulgent experience and a fabulous way to spend the afternoon. I could happily spend the entire day here. Highly recommend.

Dear Stacey and Asako, On Tuesday I come to have one of the best experiences I have ever had in a luxury day spa. I was greeted by Stacey with a loving energy and beautiful smile, Stacey made me feel welcomed. The service Stacey gave me was impeccable I could not fault. Every session I finished Stacey was there to guide me on to my next journey for my day that my amazing husband Dave surprised me for our Anniversary. I then got taken into my very own spa suite and the bath experience was next level luxurious and I felt like a queen. Next stop was meeting Asako my amazing wonderful nurturing masseuse and facial expert. Asako made me feel comfortable and made me feel so relaxed and did one amazing job on me as it’s been not a good health year for me and my husband. I was left feeling loved and got warm hugs afterwards. Thank you Asako. I then was greeted by Stacey’s smiley face to go on to my next indulge. The food was amazing, drinks and atmosphere and I just want to thank you for the bottom of my heart. I’ve been to many many day spas but this one is my number one and I will be back to see you both very soon. I had the most beautiful experience here. The venue is absolutely divine, so calming and luxurious from the moment you walk in. My therapist, Asako, was the loveliest masseuse — she treated me with such care and attentiveness throughout my pregnancy massage. I left feeling relaxed and truly looked after. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially expecting mums. What a treat!
