I had been a regular client here for about a year, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. In December, I arrived for a massage appointment I had booked as usual, only to be told upon arrival that my therapist was not feeling well and that my session had been reassigned to someone else. This change was not communicated in advance, which gave me no opportunity to decide whether I was comfortable proceeding. I went ahead with the session, but the massage involved excessive pressure on my lower back. I experienced significant discomfort for several days afterward and believe I strained my back as a result. When I contacted the business owner to explain what happened, there was no accountability taken. Instead, the conversation shifted toward upselling additional services, without any mention of a refund or compensation for a service I was unhappy with and had already paid for. During a later call, I was also told that I might have “nerve damage” and should get an X-ray — which felt inappropriate, as this is not something a massage therapist is qualified to diagnose. When I requested a refund, I was told that I would no longer be accepted as a client. After that, my calls, texts, and voicemail messages went unanswered. I was never refunded. Overall, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-up — especially toward a long-term client — was very disappointing. I would advise others to be cautious, particularly regarding last-minute therapist changes and how concerns are handled afterward. Update: I was not informed of the therapist change in advance and was only told upon arrival. Had I been notified earlier, I would have cancelled; at that point, I was not left with a meaningful choice. During the session with the reassigned therapist, I experienced significant lower back discomfort, which I did communicate at the time, though the strain had already occurred. My attempts to address this concern over several weeks went unanswered, and your first outreach occurred only after I left my review. During our initial calls, you suggested I may have nerve damage and should obtain an X-ray, which is outside the scope of a massage therapist’s practice. My concern has always been the lack of professional accountability, dismissive communication, and absence of an apology. I do not wish to engage further, as continued discussion has not been constructive due to the lack of professionalism the owner carries and thinks yelling at customers on a call for leaving a Google Review about their personal experiences is helpful. Telling customers they need to stop acting like a child while you constantly interrupt them on calls isn't professional either. Moreover, the owner had time to leave a long message to me after I left a Google Review telling me how I've been saying untrue stuff but couldn't respond to a text I sent almost a month ago reaching out politely to discuss this. I tried extremely hard to deal with this in a private manner including and not limited to reaching out to the owner multiple times via calls and text. The review was left only after I did not get any reciprocation and I got one after I left a review and it was disrespectful, unproductive and unprofessional.

I want to share my sincere feedback about the massage therapist Olena and Spa Ojas. From the moment you walk in, you can feel a calm atmosphere — pleasant aroma, silence, and a sense of care. Special thanks to Olena — she truly has golden hands. She is very attentive, understands the body, and knows where to relax the muscles and where to work deeper. After the massage, there is lightness, the tension melts away, and the mind feels clear. I walked out refreshed and will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience at SPA OJAS! The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and very clean.
