Absolutely superb in every way. My husband and I had a couples’ relaxation massage appointment with Christy and Chrissy. They were phenomenal! Perfect massage pressure, wonderful and clean amenities, relaxing environment and everyone was so kind. We already booked our next appointment with Christy and Chrissy. If you’re looking for a 5-star, serene spa experience, please look no further than Spa Walden! Pro tip: Book in advance, since the spa appointment slots fill up quickly.

I wish I had gone here sooner. The personal quiet time was wonderful in my own suite with a steam shower, jetted tub, window seat, bathroom, massage table and more. The services were all wonderful and quiet. While I did feel it was expensive, I knew that going into the day and felt it was a much-needed treasure. Well done on the gift, husband, and thank you to the Walden team! 🤩

I really can’t recommend this place more. My husband and I went here after having a really rough go of things. He came for his first message, and they did really well with him. He was lighter tough and I was more deep tissue. We got a couples suite which had a steam shower, water from above and the sides. There was a two person jetted tub (and not like the ones that say they are two person but you are on top of each other.) They also had epsom salts to pour in at your leisure. We enjoyed both before and after our message. They also had some earl grey tea and an instant brewer, which we enjoyed while we sat in the window and watched the snow fall. There was also a warm fireplace with real fire, which given how common it is to see a screen nowadays, that was a treat. We had the message and scrub package. The experience and the masseuses were awesome, and our skin was so soft. We also got complimentary mimosas, which were very refreshing. We really had no desire to leave. It was a great getaway for two.

You know how anytime you read reviews or get recommendations you never know if it’s going to live up to your expectations? Spa Walden deserves more than 5 stars. From the customer service to beautiful grounds to the personal suite with a jacuzzi, steam room, bathroom, shower, and massage table. Everything was beyond what I expected. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. Donna and Derrick were both phenomenal with deep tissue massages. My best friend had the 90 minute massage and scrub and her skin felt like a baby. We all felt so pampered. There was chocolate, tea, plenty of water, and other amenities (hair dryer, toiletries including razor and shaving cream). A complimentary beverage is also provided at the start of service to promote the ultimate relaxation experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a special treat for a wedding, bachelorette, anniversary, or birthday. Best spa in Ohio! I’ve had a lot of experiences and this was the most comprehensive I’ve seen. The only concerns I had was it was difficult to reach the spa. But if you left a voicemail, they always got back to you. The other suggestion I have is to update how to get there on Google maps. I drove past it. You have to turn when you see signs for the inn and then turn right. All the way at the end is the spa. Towels, socks, and robes are provided. There is a phone in the room so you can ask questions. They also call you 5 minutes before your therapist comes into the room. 100/10 recommend.
