At 740pm 29 Jan 2026 all the eftpos terminals in the whole site were not working. You would tap your card and immediately said it was canceled. Look like a graveyard. On the way out Some customer put a sign up saying don’t come it’s broken 🤣. It’s unfortunate as I always come here but can’t now 😔🥀

First auto wash I’ve had here for a few yrs so chose the $25,best one apparently as the Rainex will add some protection.When I got home My car was covered in blue goop everywhere that had dried & dirt spots were smeared all over the bonnet & roof of my white car! So had to go over it with a chamois to remove. Not impressed & disappointed.

Great young guy working at the car wash. They properly rinse your car before going in the tunnel and waved good bye! Will definitely be back :)

Best car wash service, ever! Honestly, you know a place is good when even a tummy ache can’t stop the shine. The attendant was battling what looked like a start of shift burrito rebellion and couldn’t open the Express Tunnel on time. One quick call to the owner and boom—free car wash, sparkling ride, happy customer. That’s customer service with a side of humanity! Highly recommended 🤗🚗✨"

Visited the self-serve car wash today and overall had a pretty good experience. The wash itself was great — pressure, soap and rinse settings all worked well, and my car came out genuinely clean and shiny. For the quality of the actual wash, I was really Couple of issues worth mentioning. I paid for 16 minutes of wash time, but the machine unexpectedly stopped at around the 13-minute mark. It cut things a bit short, and I had to rush the last few steps, which was frustrating. It would be great if this could be checked or calibrated so customers get the time they’ve paid for. Also the middle vacuum bay wasn’t taking payment. I tried multiple times, but it just wouldn’t register or activate. This was a bit inconvenient as I ended up skipping the interior vacuuming altogether. Despite these small hiccups, the wash quality itself is excellent, and I’d happily return once these issues are sorted. When everything works, it’s definitely one of the better self-serve washes around.
