Deeply knowledgeable staff, who organizes wine tasting that involves all senses. I had opportunity to join a Napa wine tasting event at this shop. The owner had put together a pairing menu of different cheeses, dried and fresh fruit etc which gave us a deeper experience. The visiting wine merchants had deep knowledge, and presented a different wines in an engaging way. I loved hearing the stories behind the winemaker, the different grapes, and the way the wine was made. This is a fantastic date night idea!
Such a charming little wine shop! The owner was incredibly welcoming and clearly knows their stuff. They gave us some fantastic recommendations that we absolutely loved. It was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!
We had such a great experience at Spin the Bottle! We came in looking for a red wine for a friend, and the owner was absolutely wonderful—so kind and helpful. He took the time to walk us through a few different options and gave thoughtful recommendations based on what we were looking for. We ended up buying two bottles of one he suggested, and it was a fantastic choice. You can really tell he knows and cares about what he’s doing. We’ll definitely be back!
We attended our first wine tasting at Spin the Bottle. It was a great experience. Because we've hit our hot summer season, they chose three wines that can stand up to chilling. You can complement your wine tasting with a cheese box from Mingle + Graze. It had a nice selection and was shareable as a couple. Beyond the wine tasting, this wine shop is worth a visit for general wine and beer shopping. They carry bottles from wineries that don't produce in the bulk necessary for grocery and beverage stores. Their prices are very competitive with your local grocery store. The beer they offer are all local Arizona beers. This is a nice addition to Chandler.
Since last November, Downtown Chandler has been blessed with the newest independent wine & beer shop to open in the East Valley. Owned by husband and wife team of Mahfam and Cristobal( also owners of Mingle & Graze) This little jewel focuses on selling only Arizona craft beers along with a selection of wines that focuses on small family and independently owned sustainable, naturally produced high quality wines. There is a growing list of wine tastings, wine & food pairings, beer tastings, My fave so far is a cake and wine pairing & tasting on the books for mid-May. The wine selection is diverse and thoughtfully chosen for quality & price ( aka true Value!) regardless of category and origin. From the same dynamic duo who created Mingle & Graze ( one of AZ Central's 100 Essential Restaurants of 2024) is a terrific addition to Old Town Chandler!
