I was really disappointed with my experience at Spoil U Nails & Spa. I had booked an appointment in advance, but I still had to wait a very long time without receiving a satisfactory explanation from the staff. Regarding skills, the technicians were very sloppy; the polish spilled over the edges and was uneven. When I pointed this out, the staff were annoyed and unwilling to fix it. While the salon looked decent from the outside, the interior was unsanitary, and the nail tools didn't seem to be properly sterilized. For this price, I expected a much more professional service. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to my friends. A complete waste of time and money !!!
HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE IN BALTIMORE. Kelly is easily the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Has done the most stunning acrylics on me with such speed & precision. She is so sweet & so gentle. Last time I saw her I had a few acrylics hanging on by a thread (my fault for not getting nails done in months, removing them at home, etc.) Kelly gave me a gorgeous full set of almond shaped acrylics (for a wedding) in less than an hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I had an amazing experience at this salon! The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The staff are incredibly professional and talented they pay close attention to detail and make sure you leave feeling more than satisfied. My nails turned out absolutely perfect, even better than I expected. What impressed me most was not just the quality of the service, but also the care they put into making each customer feel valued. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and it’s now my go to salon in the area. Highly recommended!
Great service the both times I have gone here! They will go above and beyond to ensure you like your nails and are satisfied with your services. The pedicure I received here was INCREDIBLE. They helped fix my nails when I didn’t love them the first time and I will be returning for services when I’m in need of a fill! I paid $130 for a gel pedicure (I believe with callus removal) and dip French manicure, pretty reasonable for the services in this area.
I hadn’t been in a nail salon in years, and the online booking was so easy and stress free. I know this sounds sponsored but trust me it’s not, I just honestly had a great experience. I booked with Blanca and she was absolutely wonderful and did a fantastic French nail on my tiny little natural nails which I know can be tedious. I also am not used to things like this and she was very nice and guided me throughout the pedicure and manicure. She had me in and out of there in less than 2 hours and my nails look beautiful! I would recommend this nail salon and will certainly come back to Blanca.
