The plants are lovely, but I was very disappointed with the service today. I bought several plants for my garden, including two large cucumber plants. Because of their size, I picked up a separate box to carry them. When I went to pay, the older lady at the cashier insisted everything would fit in one box and refused to let me take the extra one. As I was leaving, I picked up a second box by the exit, and she suddenly started shouting at me, saying it cost her 50p. I told her I was happy to pay and didn’t understand why she hadn’t mentioned this earlier. Her attitude was rude and disrespectful, and it really spoiled what should have been an enjoyable visit. I’ve never left a negative review before, but this experience truly deserves one. I strongly suggest the nursery clearly label the price of boxes to avoid future misunderstandings.

Great proper garden centre/nursery. I use them all the time for plants and even sand & gravels. Great choice and good prices. Picked up 11 bsskets and 6 wall baskets fully planted this morning they were excellent,Wouldn't go anywhere else

This garden centre is a real gem, lots of choice and well laid out. My dad used to come here to buy plants and he was really fussy about where he got them from, so I won't go anywhere else. Staff are friendly and very helpful, the plants always are healthy and well maintained, and their prices are much better than the chains and DIY stores. I won't go anywhere else for plants. Shop local and support independent retailers.
