I was referred to SSM Hampton Village Plaza Office for vertigo like symptoms. I was assigned to G. Ryan as my Clinician. The office was well kept and clean. The provider met the scheduled office visit time without a long wait time. The PT was engaging, attentive, and very good at explaining his plan for my treatment before starting the session. Very good experience, would recommend to others. My issue was resolved on the first visit.

I have used SSM PT at Hampton Village several times over the years. The staff has always been top notch, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Jessica is my go to for the last few times because she is awesome. She knows the perfect exercises and movements to make me strong again. She listens and she watches as she monitors details of movements and progress. In some ways, I hate to put this out there because I don't want her to be booked up all the time!! But I do know when service schedules anywhere are "booked out" into the weeks, there is a reason why! The service is unbeatable. Thank You Jessica for helping me along my healing journey!
Kristen is a fantastic physical therapist and she was invaluable in my recovery after an ACL repair. She is very knowledgable, professional, and friendly, and always kept me working hard towards improvement. Kristen and the rest of the staff made this difficult experience so much better than I was concerned it would be. If I am ever dumb enough to give myself another injury like this, I will 100% be coming back to this location.
Everything these days is advertised. We now have the most INEXPENSIVE way to get the word out. I think that you should make your faces more visible with a message or a comment from team and employees. Real faces-real language=ease, comfort, knowledge of a safe and productive place to help you improve yourself!
